Best Barbells for At-Home Gyms

Let's face it. When you're ready to up your strength training game, you will inevitably want to get your own barbell setup. It's a bit of an investment so choosing something that will work for you in the long run is critical in your decision making. Here are our recommendations so you can get the home training kit and get on with your barbell workouts using the Workout Trainer app.

  1. Get a squat rack. If you can afford a little more, do go for a more serious kit like the Omni Rack. If space is of a concern, get a folding squat rack! The Sunny Health & Fitness Power Zone Squat Stand Power Rack Cage is a best-in-class budget choice.
