  • Find similar programs, workouts & exercises to the ones you like.
  • Create exercise sets for you to log based on progressive overload.

  • AI Trainer uses generative AI to generate training content and recommendations for you.
  • This use of generative AI incurs a cost for Skimble, makers of the Workout Trainer app, so we have set reasonable limits on the use of this revolutionary feature. You are limited to sending 60 messages to your AI Trainer during your free Pro+ trial. After any trial period and under normal circumstances, you will be limited to sending 500 messages to your AI Trainer each month. We believe this is a generous limit and should cover most use cases. Additionally, we will use a higher cost/quality model for the first 100 messages each month and messages past that limit will utilize a lower cost AI model. This allows us to keep the monthly cost of PRO+ at much lower level. If you ask for a refund we reserve the right to deduct any AI costs incurred when determining your refund. If our AI-related development, hosting, and maintenance costs change, then we will increase or decrease the monthly limit as necessary without notification. Please check your account page on the website for your current monthly message limit.

  • Generative AI can create false statements so use your best judgment and work with a certified personal trainer for further guidance. Skimble admins may edit or remove messages created by the AI at any time.
  • Please note that the AI Trainer assistant is currently only available in English. If you are a Pro+ member using the app in another language, consider switching to English to access AI Trainer functionality.
