Lower body > upper body > core is the way this workout is programmed. To save time from changing up your weights between sets, it's best if you have two barbells set up. One for your lower body and one for your upper body exercises. Be sure to look ahead at what movements are expected of you here and warm them up by building up your weight prior to hitting start.
