i find the workout way too easy. There's too much resting time between the sets, and even though I did more than the recommended amount of reps I find it too easy.
i like the workout...but i think the creator need to change the title or name instead of that 1000calories because its not even burning up to half of a thousand
I'm not sold on the 1000 calories but 400+ and then the calories you continue burning during your body cool down makes for a great workout especially in the morning
I hate to poop on the party, but no way does this burn 1000 calories. If someone has a link to the study I'd love to see it. Surprisingly easy workout with plenty of rest if you perform the prescribed reps with time to spare. That being said, I enjoyed it.
