I am a Certified Personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Holistic nutritionist. I am married to my wonderful husband and mama to my two wonderful boys. I understand that staying active, eating well and being healthy can be difficult in anyone's life and my goal is to help people learn how to be healthy and incorporate it into their lives without letting it take over their lives. Let's just say I love anything to do with nutrition and exercise I want to help everyone learn how good food and exercis really is for you, mentally and physically. I work with anyone from professional athletes to mamas trying to regain fitness and strength.
