I want to be clear that you can’t get rid of hip dips, it’s bone structure and anatomy. I want to normalize hips dips as completely natural and another beautiful structure in our bodies that allow us to move and jump and dance. I understand everyone has different body goals and while I’m not promising to get rid of them, you can do exercises to work out your side booty and grow muscle around that area.
