Description

The title says it all... during this program you'll focus on nothing but your glutes. It's the perfect opportunity to tone, tighten, and firm up your backside! These workouts utilize a mix of dumbbell, bench/step, and plyometric bodyweight exercises to keep things interesting as you progress. Grab at least 2 different sets of dumbbells, moderate and heavy, for maximum results. The key to success with this program is to focus on activating your glute muscles during every movement.
