1. Start seated. Clasp your hands together or hold onto a weight. Keep your knees bent with your heels together, on or slightly off the ground.
2. Twist your torso to the left and try to touch your hands to the ground.
3. Twist your torso to the right and try to touch your hands to the ground. Continue to twist from side to side, keeping your core engaged and shoulders relaxed.
