About Me

I’m fortunate to have gained experience in geriatric fitness, bariatric weight loss, injury prevention, and exercise prescription. My education in Kinesiology helped prepare me to work with individuals with various cognitive and physical disabilities. My background in Kinesiology also taught me the importance of following safety guidelines recommended for populations using medication that influence heart rate, bone health, cardiovascular symptoms, and metabolic conditions. I am currently studying to become a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Graduating May 2019. I practice patience under all conditions.
