About Me

I danced my whole life but never considered a career in fitness - the expectation was that I should become a doctor, lawyer, accountant. But group fitness changed my life. I unlocked the thrill of moving together as one, and the excitement of seeing my body get stronger as I felt the pull of a community. I was inspired and decided to become a group fitness instructor. I believe in making effective fitness fun. I also wanted to immerse myself in the science behind movement so I studied and became a personal trainer. I love the science of how our bodies move!
