Likes outdoor as well as indoor training. Love to run, walk and exploring the surroundings where I live, like new forest trails or other routes :). Like weight lifting, group training and crossfit as well ๐.
Rowed the same session as on Monday, but doubled the distances! So 2000 m warm-up, 2 min rest, before 8 x 1000 m with 1 min interval rest ๐ฃ๐ช๐๐. Felt just as good as the last time, although twice as exhausting of course! ๐๐ ๐.
A pass on the rowing machine! 1000 m warm-up (2 min rest) followed by 8 x 500 m (1 min interval rest) ๐ฃ๐ช๐. Felt good! Could row with good power! Sweaty and fun! ๐.
Sweaty, fun and hard session on the rowing machine right after the gym session ๐ช๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ฃ๐๐. The pass consisted of; 6 x 1000 m plus 4 x 500 m, with 1 min interval rest :).
An E2MOM session, with barbell, box, dumbbells and kettlebell :). The session consisted of; with 2 min rest between each round. On each second minute;

First RFT supersets! ๐ช๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐๐. Five times three, with 2 min rest between each superset :). The second part of the session consisted of 8 x 4 min on the rowing machine (resistance 7), with 1 min interval rest.
