COVID-19/Curb Snacking
I give myself one cheat day per week where I eat anything and as much as I want. It really helps keep my diet clean for the other 6 days. During the week, carrot sticks are my go-to snack and I eat as much as I want of those. Other healthy snacks I enjoy are nuts/seeds but they’re super heavy on calories so I limit myself to a cup a day. I find making those readily available and planning ahead are really valuable tools to help when other cravings for sugary snacks come up. I also drink a massive amount of water and different teas throughout the day. This has gotten me through the past 13 weeks I’ve had at home without gaining too much BF.
