I tend to work out in the morning but making sure a decent night sleep and cut down the fatty foods 😊

Diet & Nutrition / Curving cravings ..(help!)

Im pretty much the same as you. I'm a fairly active person (lots of walking etc) so when I eat bad food I feel not so guilty. I guess it's down to willpower and how much you have. The best thing is try and limit yourself to one bad thing a day so you get your naughty food fix but you don't feel bad afterwards

Weight Loss / just a number !!

I agree with that to a point. Exercise though is a mainstay of a healthy lifestyle, ie good for the heart, brain etc...

Apart from water you need to feed yourself at least 20minutes after your workout.😄
