Lunges lunges squats squats jumps jumps and lots of it. All different variants. When you can add moderate weight high rep in. Core and abs every other day. Balance routines daily, single leg ones are prefered. Stretching everyday pre and post workouts and even if you dont work out stretch

Its weird really, at first you try to rationalize not doing a routine then you accept it as not a chore but something good for you but then the switch flips and you crave the feeling and satisfaction. Press on through it and it becomes more of a want too rather than a have too. Good luck
Its a way of tracking how much effort you exerted for a given month and overall. Nothing more, some of us will us it to motivate each other
Its just a way to track how much you have done each month and overall. No prizes or special features. It is a good way to challenge each other to keep going each day if you so choose to engage in those mini challenges with your followers. Really means nothing in the end. I push myself to do better each month using these as a benchmark. Points are awarded for time spent and energy exerted during each excercise type. If you nothing but yoga smaller points if you do high intensity stuff more points awarded.

Try my MPS Laying Low Day...its a little on the intense towards the end but not bad...doesnt feel like much at first but it sneaks up on ya

A little (once in while) indulgence isnt going to do you in unless it is excessive. Meaning all time binging but i usually try to drink a bottle of water with maybe a sweetner such as crystal light or a hot cup of gteen tea does me wonders for cravings

Honestly from a guys (mine) position here: it doesnt look good and is not attractive. Muscular well defined legs are the bomb not skinny anorexic looking ones...just my opinion only. Good luck
I totally agree...i think there are two problems really. 1 inmature people who think they are grown up 2 why in the heck are 10 11 12 13 year olds on here anyway. Im all for fitness for everyone but these kids that weigh 100 lbs soaking weight who think they are overweight is disturbing. I personally would like to see better control but hey its not my app.

No you cannot create "programs" just individual workouts. Pro gives you additional workouts and unlimited create your own workouts.
If you want to create a program simply schedule your workouts in uour calendar. Same thing really
