Hey Britt! If the motivation is lacking because your burned out or bored then you need to change up your routine. It also helps to find a workout buddy. I honestly think that working out with someone not only makes you push harder but makes it more fun. I wouldn’t recommend using pre workout powder unless you absolutely need the energy to workout. Once you make exercise and activity a part of your lifestyle you will have more motivation. Especially when you start seeing your desired results. Stay with it and never give up💪🏻😎
