About Me

I know all about losing weight, gaining muscle and maintaining. Getting in shape isn't just about exercise, but also what you are eating and honestly BALANCING life as well. As a homeschooling Mom with 5 little ones and full time college student, I know all about how life leaves little time to workout. This app is IDEAL for a person with minimal time!!!! In the past I lost over 100lbs...so I have been there and have done that. That said...I just gave birth to my 5th little one and will not being accepting clients at this time.
