About Me

I am passionate about helping women and men meet their fitness goals, especially those that are intimidated by the big gym atmosphere. I love to have fun and want all of my clients to enjoy exercise as a lifestyle. My goal is to help eradicate Diabetes and other chronic conditions that can be prevented or improved through exercise and nutrition. My husband (also a trainer) and I own Train4Living in the Charleston, SC area. We provide online training, nutritional and supplement guidance and in home training. What can i do for lunge jump? I can’t do that move because of my knees. :(

Are you able to lunge without the jump? Try that, and if you are unable to do that, try a reverse lunge. Hope that helps!
