Had to do several switches and overhead holds at the end were quite hard. Left arm could stay on for longer. 40 seconds average. Right arm not much more than 30 seconds. Also to need to keep developing mobility of shoulders.

Just the grip was a bit of an issue but I did one-handed swings with almost the same weight I used to do this with two hands.
