It's an old soccer injury. I stepped on the ball. My leg went one way I went the opposite. Thankfully due to my horribly stretched ankle ligaments I didn't tear anything. But the knee is now a bit arthritic. I just have to be careful with it.

Hi Kristie! I'm just getting around to replying (I'm a goof about such things). I love the idea of a class type thing. It will work nicely with my schedule. I'm in the gym running most Saturday mornings (5k training). Look forward to next week since I missed yesterday's.
