I am a Personal Trainer for men and women of all ages and types, athletes and non-athletes. Health and fitness is a deep passion that I have. I want to motivate, encourage and educate anyone and everyone in my power to help them achieve their optimum level of quality of life. My training methods are formulated around the ideas that workouts should be fun, motivating, varied, challenging, and individualized. A healthy lifestyle is a unique formula that must fit your personal needs and wants. Specializing in Corrective Flexibility, Balance, Core Training, Plyometric Training, Strength Training, Speed and Agility, Olympic Lifting, Kettle Bell training, Cardio training, Weight Loss and Functional movements through an integrated program.

hello i have problems doing it all as i got attached by 2 dogs and dont have the strength in my left arm, my back and leg and i dont have the motivation to do it no more. what should I do ??

Dont worry about the weight. Add a Tempo. 3 sec down. 3 sec pause 3 sec up. Repeat. Time under tension makes this workout very hard. Good luck. buttsm@gmail.com if you have more questions.
