This program is so bad. I keep hoping it’ll get better and it doesn’t. I honestly hope the person who created this reads this and feels bad. 10 seconds for each task doesn’t even give you enough time to transition into it. The guide can’t even give you the description of the activity in that amount of time. Most of these need 20-30 seconds… and it’s more stretching than activity? So how on earth do you expect to burn any calories???
