About Me

Hello! Exercise has been an important aspect of my life for 8+ years now. I began lifting in high school to improve my athleticism for Football, Basketball, and Track & Field. Upon graduating high school, I realized I had to shift my focus toward improving myself, and becoming goal oriented. I studied at the University of Missouri, where I received a Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, and received my personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in 2022. After that, I began working part time at Wilson's Fitness in Columbia, MO for the remainder of my time in school. Now, I work at LA Fitness in Lake Zurich, IL, where I specialize in functional resistance training. While I am young, I like to say that "you're only as old as you admit to yourself". Recognizing that your body is only as limited as your mindset is crucial toward striving for success in any activity.
