There's too much confusion in the fitness world - which diet is best?! How many reps should I do?! How do I get rid of fat from here?! I'm here to help you get to the center of your problem without adding to the confusion. Making a clear simple step by step plan to get you where you want to be. I’ve worked with a variety of clients, from students to multi millionaire CEO’s. Each with its own set of challenges. I’ve learnt a lot about how to deal with certain problems e.g. back or knee pain and how it can be different from person to person. Once we start training together, an in depth look at your lifestyle, nutrition and current training. To see what’s working and what could be improved. Everything we do should fit around your life and not turn any of this into a chore.
