I got into fitness in my 20s never did I feel the need to or the desire to before that. In fact I didn’t care for it then either but I was in a pretty dark place and a friend of mine convinced me it was the best solution As i started looking better but the stress was still showing on my belly, no matter how well i trained and how strict my diet was i was having a tough time getting to my goals and that's when I realized i still wasn't feeling the way I knew i could which then took me down a road of learning about stress and its effects on the body and mind. From then on it's been up hill. Learning to reduce my stress levels by creating the mindset I needed to not only achieve physical goals but mental goals as well. The solution wasn't just training and eating, the mind played a massive role. I have gone through stressors of daily life and physical training was amazing but not the entire solution. I make it my goal to help you understand health and fitness with the primary objective of you being self-sustaining with your fitness and nutrition and most importantly your mindset in the future.
