I was overweight in school and into my 30s. Told I was a big bone girl, not true at all. I was slow, sluggish and did not know how to eat health. In my early 30's I start changing just one thing each week. Move more, cut back on sodas, cutting out hydrogenated oils and so on. Each day I was doing more of something and less off something else. I was able to go from 185 to 125 and keep it off for more then 15 years now. I love to work with the 20s and 30s group that are 80-100 overweight. The empty nesters that need to work on nutrition and get fit after raising children. The 50s that need to work on balance, strength and toning. The 60s and older on over all fitness of daily living. I also help with rehab after being released from physical therapy.
