Please think about incorporating PLANK exercise into your abs routine. It works wonders. Whole body exercise. Basically, if you do plank you can skip other abs moves in the session. It develops a tremendous abdominal strength. If no time , just hold plank as long as you can.
please don't forget to wash your hands after finishing a workout in the gym, as well as to wipe your water bottle, ipad, and all your personal stuff you took with you to the training area.
