My name is Janet and I am a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer in Mount Pleasant, SC. I work with clients from all fitness levels. Whether they are trying to get in shape, lose weight, increase athletic performance, and beyond, I enjoy helping them reach their goals. When working personally with clients, everyone’s fitness journey is different, which is why each person’s workouts are unique and designed just for them. My workouts consist of both strength and cardiovascular training to increase heart rate, build muscle, burn fat, and boost metabolism.
