About Me

Diploma from U.S. Career Institute in Personal Training and Nutrition Specialist Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Bryan University (2016) Certified Personal Trainer through NCSF I am an avid runner. I have completed many races but, my proudest moment was when I completed the Marine Corp Marathon in October 2013 and plan to run again in 2017. It had been a dream of mine for over 15 years. I never thought for once that I would be able to do that seeing that I have asthma and bad knees. I believe the cards you are handed in life do not define you but you define your life in how you deal with the deck that you have been dealt. I am currently employed at the YMCA as a Personal Trainer. I am available for Personal Training when requested
