I have always been an athletic person. I ran track and played basketball in High School. My fitness journey started in 2004 when I moved to a new city and stopped working out. I gained in excess of 30 lbs. Enough was enough. I got back in the gym and started taking Zumba classes and fell in love. I eventually became an instructor. Zumba wasn't enough for me so I started school to learn about the human body while at the same time I started mentoring with a Master Trainer who taught me a lot. I eventually became CPT certified with NASM and right now I'm working on my Corrective Exercise Certification. I'm also really passionate about nutrition. I don't believe in 10,15,30 day etc challenges. I teach a complete lifestyle change. It's the only way to remain
