Having completed a bachelor degree in Physical Education in 2000, I have since been following me passion of helping people reach and maintain and optimal level of health and fitness. Initially I was personal training in Wellington before moving to Malaysia where we started our family. We then moved to Sydney where I was pursued a business in personal training while working around my children. I now have four children and a very successful business here, in Wellington, where I have trained hundreds of mums during pregnancy and after birth. Most of the mums that train with me have a significant improvement in core strength and pelvic floor function as well as a overall feeling of wellbeing, not to mention being amazing role models to our next generation.
