About Me

Carrissa Smith is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Trainer, Herbalist, Holistic Birth Worker, Reflexologist, Yoga Teacher, Thai Yoga Therapist, Holistic Practitioner, Personal Fitness Trainer, and Ayurvedic Wellness Coach. Her work with Reiki began in 2009, and led her to a career in other energy and healing modalities, as well as coaching. Her passion is helping others overcome the various physical, emotional, and energetic obstacles they face in life, so that they may reach their full potential for success and happiness.
