I started to change my bad habits about 2 years ago. Stated with squat challanges. I was so excited when I could do 100 squats that I began telling people I knew about it. They actually laughed at me. Well fast forward. Now they want to know how I lost 40 pounds in 2 years. I joined a clean eating and exercise group that one of friends started. When I changed my bad eating habits the weight started coming off .. I used Pinterest to find workouts and became hooked. Then about 2 months ago I found this app!
