Loved this stretching routine! My favorite part is the amount of time spent on the stretches. It was not rushed. It allowed my muscles time to actually release and increase my range of motion.

Nice and quick when a person is in a pinch for time. It doesn’t follow the rule of “rolling must be around an inch per 30 seconds for true impact on the fascia” , but still feels good!
