About Me

After graduating high school and going on to play sports thereafter, I realized that I wouldn't be able to perform at my true potential following two knee surgeries. That's when I found my passion for fitness and therapy. I've been training for 8 years now - from group sessions to one-on-one sessions. My diverse clientele (age, body types, etc) have taught me a great deal about adapting and revamping programs to ensure best results. I'm ecstatic to get back to training full time and I look forward to sharing that experience with you.
