My story begins five or six years after high school. In that time, I had managed to gain 50 to 60 pounds, none of which by the way, was muscle. It was at that point, I decided to show the same amount of dedication I had to eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted to changing my nutritional choices as well as adopting a fitness routine that I could flourish with over time. Fast forward to about eight years later, and I am now around 12% body fat. Beyond health and fitness, my more specific areas of expertise are yoga, meditation, scientifically backed strategies in fitness and nutrition, and holistic supplementation.
