About Me

My story begins five or six years after high school. In that time, I had managed to gain 50 to 60 pounds, none of which by the way, was muscle. It was at that point, I decided to show the same amount of dedication I had to eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted to changing my nutritional choices as well as adopting a fitness routine that I could flourish with over time. Fast forward to about eight years later, and I am now around 12% body fat. Beyond health and fitness, my more specific areas of expertise are yoga, meditation, scientifically backed strategies in fitness and nutrition, and holistic supplementation. We’ll meet your goals by incorporating realistic strategies, scientifically-backed methods, and even have some fun! And you WILL have results!
