Loved it! I went back to work June 1 it was very tough second week was much easier. Today's the first day back to my harder work out. I did my AbDolly, a couple pull ups, this work out & now the treadclimer, 20-30 minutes. Feeling good💪🏻🤗‼️ I start my new full-time job on Wednesday and I want to make sure I work out in between the days at work. I'll be doing for 10 hour days straight through on my days off I want to keep busy with either working at my job and doing now or working out so I don't get lazy 💫🏋🏽♀️🎯
