About Me

: I’m a professional dancer and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a positive outlook and powerful training style. Originally from Orlando, I spent my whole childhood studying ballet and jazz before attended a top-ranked Musical Theatre program at Point Park University. I’ve performed on stages all over the country, and have a true passion for helping other succeed. I have experience training clients from all walks of life and athletic ability. I currently teach group fitness at Row House and F45, but love giving my clients individual attention. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to feel beautiful and confident in their body, and I hope to connect with you to discuss your personal goals!
