I am a former dancer, military veteran, and cancer survivor. I have a Masters Degree and a certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), the top accrediting organization. I create fitness plans that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. Each client receives a personalized training program based on your goals, aspirations, likes, and dislikes. I am always open to communication to ensure you enjoy the program that I have designed for you.
