1. Stand tall with your feet wider than shoulder width apart.
2. Rest a hand at your waist and raise the other above and across your body. Hold the stretch for a moment at the top.
3. Then, return to the center.
4. Alternate sides. Lean your torso to the side of your resting arm and extend like you're trying to touch the sky. Make this stretch more dynamic by bending your knees and pivoting your toes a little as you reach to the side.
