Get ready for this challenging barbell workout. After warming up, this workout consists of three major upper body movements and one full body movement. It builds up and descends reps in a pyramid fashion. You will need access to a barbell with a variety of weight options, as well as a bench. Feel free to take extra breaks when needed, but staying true to the rest times is when the real challenge kicks in!
