This is a power endurance workout for climbers! Pick three gym problems you can do at 60-70% effort. One problem is done nine times per set! E.g. If you project V7, V5 would be a good grade for Spanish. For each three-round set, climb a problem 3 times with no breaks in between. If you fall, get right back on again. Rest 1 min between each round. For the next three-round set: climb another problem 3x, rest again. Do this one more time with another problem.
