Description

Start lying on your back with legs together and arms overhead on the ground. Sit up by bringing your shoulders high off the floor and contracting your abs. Reach with one arm towards your rising opposite leg. Lower back to the start position in a controlled manner. Repeat and switch sides at the half way point.
