Muscle Beach is the well-known beach-side, outdoor gym in sunny southern California where many fitness fanatics go to lift weights and build muscle. Whether you are new to weightlifting or are a seasoned lifter, our Muscle Beach workout series is designed to give you a taste of what Muscle Beach is all about! Beach setting is optional! You can complete all of these workouts with a set of dumbbells, a barbell (if you have it), a pull-up bar and a bench (or stability ball).
