1. Stand tall with a pair of dumbbells in your hands.
2. Keep the dumbbells by your side as you lunge forward, stepping one foot out in front.
3. Lower your knee to form a 90 degree angle.
4. Return and repeat while alternating sides.
5. Keep your abs drawn in and your upper body straight as you lunge forward.
6. Prevent your lunging knee from going past the tips of your toes.
