Description

Take a seat on the edge of a chair or bench. Hold a dumbbell in one hand with your palm facing up. Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and rest it on your thigh, with your wrist hanging over the end of your knee and curled up. Slowly lower the dumbbell until you cannot lower it any more, then use your other hand to lift your dumbbell hand back to the starting position and repeat. Halfway through the time or when you are done with the target reps, switch hands and perform on the other side.
