Cristiane Cruz has a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a Masters Degree in Professional Kinesiology. As a regulated health professional, she has worked with various populations over the years; these include children with special needs, seniors, athletes and patients within a clinic setting. Some of the projects she has worked on are helping children become active in low income areas, provided seniors with one on one exercise therapy and has been growing her own exercise therapy business. Her mission is to help increase physical activity in those who are vulnerable to preventable chronic diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease.
