You will start this workout with a Running warm-up. The following exercise sets alternate between exercise and rest. To get the benefits from this workout, you must go at your max effort during each 30 seconds of exercise. It's tough, but challenge yourself! If you need to modify this workout, replace Running with Walking and Push Ups with either Kneeling Push Ups or Wall Push Ups.
