The program indicated that I burned 113 calories. I lightened the program because I did lunges yesterday and I am still sore. So, I don't think I *really* burned 113 calories. But I like this workout.
Thumb suck...maybe 100 calories. I may be extremely generous in that but I really pushed myself more than I do for my 1-2 mile nightly jog so...*shrug* dunno really
So I thought that this workout would be a walk in the park. I guess I forgot that I walk with purpose and speed. :-) it's a fabulous workout and a great warm up to my night run. I even broke a sweat!
