Grab a set of dumbbells and stand with your feet hip-width apart. With a slight bend in your knees and an upright posture, hinge at your hips letting the weights hang in front of you. Keeping your shoulder blades retracted, lift one arm out toward the side then return to start before lifting your other arm. Repeat.
