Start standing, with your feet together. Take a wide step left, squat down and touch your hands down between your feet. Push off your left foot and bring your legs back together. Pretend to jump as you reach your hands up to the sky. Take a wide step to the right, squat down and touch your hands down between your feet. Stand back up and stand tall with your hands up in the air. Keep going, alternating legs.
